- Organizational Development Instructional Design Specialist
Description
CUES is seeking an Organizational Development Instructional Design Specialist to play a pivotal role in Learning & Development, Content Creation, Instructional Design, Program & Project Coordination, Communications, Facilitation, Training and Content delivery.
This is an early-career role with senior-level exposure. Reporting directly to the SVP of Organizational Development means visibility is immediate, and expectations are high. The candidate will not be eased in slowly—they will be a working contributor from the start, supported by leadership but not heavily supervised.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will combine adult learning instructional design, concierge-quality customer service with strong communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills that support our organization.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design.
Has demonstrated experience creating and delivering professional development or leadership training programs.
Comfort with ambiguity is not a soft preference here—it is a daily reality.
Self-starter who thrives without a script. You do not wait to be told what needs attention. You notice it, name it, and move toward it. When processes do not exist yet, you draft them.
Capacity for holding complexity while maintaining clarity. You are capable of managing multiple large-scale, multi-year projects simultaneously while also coordinating and facilitating a single workshop. You know the difference between what is urgent and what is important, and you manage both without letting either fall through the cracks.
Thoughtful learning architect. You create content for defined audiences that can be adapted as necessary to meet the needs of other adult learners.
Connector and coordinator. You can hold relationships with external coaching partners, internal clients, vendors, and team members simultaneously—and everyone feels like they are getting your full attention when they need it.
A learner first. You are curious about Organizational Development, leadership, human behavior, and systems. You read. You ask questions. You notice things. You bring ideas, but you hold them loosely, actively seeking feedback, incorporating it without ego, and treating every deliverable as a living document rather than a finished product.
If this sounds like you, please apply no later than June 29th, 2026
