This is not a job. Role Description
As a WorldBlu Certified Partner, you’ll:

Qualifications
We’re looking for exceptional coaches, consultants, and OD professionals who:
> Have proven experience in executive coaching, consulting, leadership, or organizational development.
> Want to stand out with a unique, scalable system rather than piecemeal tools.
> Are ready to elevate their brand and impact with an exclusive global license.
> Have the drive and entrepreneurial spirit to grow a thriving practice while being supported by WorldBlu’s brand, research, and training.
> Are serious about investing in a leadership and culture license to grow their business.

Requirements
The following are the job requirements:
> Have coached or led an executive team for at least 5 years.
> Have a coaching license or certification (not required, but is preferred).
> Have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
> You currently have (or are actively building) a coaching, consulting, or leadership development practice with executive-level clients.
> Understand this is a licensing program for top executive coaches and are prepared to make the required financial investment should you decide to participate after learning more.
