Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated, board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our established team at the North Burnet clinic in Austin, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within a physician-led, not-for-profit health care system known for clinical excellence and innovation.

About the Role:
As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will provide high-quality care to adult patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, focused on quality, and capable of effective collaboration with referring physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Practice Setting:
Baylor Scott & White Clinic - North Burnet provides preventive care, primary care, specialty services, and urgent care to the North Austin community. Services include cardiology, dermatology, orthopedics, and treatment for common conditions such as asthma, flu, skin diseases, and back pain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients.
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with system protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO).
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
• Board-certified or actively pursuing board certification in Internal Medicine (American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists).
• Favorable work/training history with a focus on quality and patient care.
